ABSTRACT:
Phytochemicals have potential medical benefits. Certain phytoconstituents have been reported to claim anticancer properties. Pharmacokinetic profile is critical in determining safety and efficacy of such therapeutic agents and conventional methods are time consuming and costly. Insilico analysis simulate and analyze the behavior within biological systems. The study presents a comprehensive computational analysis of phytochemicals to investigate ADME in herbs leveraging Insilico techniques such as PubChem and SWISS ADME. It has been established to possess some pharmacological properties of Murraya koenigii, Moringa oleifera, Salvia officinalis, Lycium barbarum and Ferula asafoetida. The present focus is on use of Insilico ADME tool for pharmacological profiling. The integration of Insilico methods will help the researcher for further investigation that will ultimately lead to more effective and safer cancer treatments. The Lipinski rule of five from ADME data shows that analogues have potential to serve as anticancer agents. BOLIED EGG an intuitive method to predict simultaneously two key ADME parameters, isomahanine, moringin, carnosic acid, galbanic acid represent a compound with high probability to be passively absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. O-methyl murrayamine is with high probability to permeate through the Blood Brain Barrier to access the Central Nervous System.The results of these can further be carried out to investigate and reveal the ADME properties by performing invitro and in vivo studies.
