ABSTRACT:
The discovery of noncoding RNA based therapy has revolutionized the treatment options available for rare diseases. This is a step ahead of discovery of monoclonal antibodies in modern era of medicine. This works through regulation of gene expression through gene silencing. There are few challenges but potential solutions are emerging. We can look forward to this therapy in coming future pioneering a new frontier.
