A new series of hydrochlorothiazide derivatives linked to heterogeneous rings such as 1,3,4-thiadiazine , 3,5-dihydroxypyrazolidin , 6-hydroxy-2-thioxo-1,3,4-thiadiazinane and diazenyl-5-methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one were prepared and characterized using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic techniques and some physicochemical properties. These synthesized compounds were in vitro tested for their antimicrobial activity in the laboratory against several bacterial and fungus isolates. Each screened compounds exhibiting moderate to potent activity.
