ABSTRACT:
One of tests to measurement the effect for toxogintic material or some drugson chromosomes like chemotherapy or radiotherapy are micronucleus test (MNT) and nuclear division index (NDI), MNT and NDI easy tests and rapidly so in this study comparing between healthy women and breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy by notice the number of MN cell in peripheral lymphocytes and NDI to know chemotherapy effect on patient’s chromosomes. high frequency of MN in breast cancer noticed from than control and less of NDI frequency in breast cancer from than control, this result happened because the effect of chemotherapy on chromosomes and broken it so the MN increased and and made it appear, chemotherapy made cell division decreased and cell death and necrosis increased.
