ABSTRACT:
The aim was to summarize the research on remote health monitoring system that comprises of the multimodal biosignal acquisition system, thereby delivering multi-label classification and clinical decision support system (CDSS). Numerous studies were involved effectively which offers the rapid diagnosis for the patients in critical situations. The learning model was established using the multi-label classification, extending to decision support system which can be enriched using the context-awareness mechanisms to foresee the future vital signs, and thus delivering an alert to the patients or doctors to take up the required actions.
