ABSTRACT:
Nanoparticles are extensively used in various therapeutic and diagnostic biomedical applications. In this work, polyvinyl alcohol coated magnesium oxide (PAMO) nanoparticles has been prepared using co-precipitaion method. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized an using UV (Ultraviolet) - Visible spectroscopy, and the structural characterization has been studied by Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) spectroscopy. They are initiated to use in biomedical therapeutic applications like hypothermia treatment in the ablation of cancer cells, due to high thermal profile the magnesium oxide and also used for various theranostic applications. Nanotechnology and nanoengineering stands to produce significant scientific and technological advances in the diverse fields combinbing material science with medicine.
