The Internet of Things (IoT) makes smart objects the ultimate building blocks in the development of cyber-physical smart pervasive frameworks. The IoT has a variety of application domains, including health care. The IoT revolution is redesigning modern health care with promising technological, economic, and social prospects with the incrimination in the measure of elderly individuals, a heading framework that can be used for therapeutic examination in retouching centers progresses toward getting the opportunity to be to enchant thought. Wi-Fi radio waves effect the operation of curable mechanical assembly. As position estimation headway for indoor bearing, a Wi-Fi arranging framework has been assessed. In this paper, we proposed indoor heading structure based on Personal Handy-telephone System (PHS) and Android. Our proposed system uses android creation to monitor the position of elderly people without affecting the body condition. Through the trial evaluation, we have elucidated that the proposed structure has prosperously guided subjects to the destinations with precision of 93.3[%]
