ABSTRACT:
Due to the uniqueness of endophytic fungi biological interaction with host. Endophytic fungi from medicinal plants are essential to extract the compounds of interest in medicinal plants without harvesting medicinal plants. Hence endophytic fungi culturing techniques are the easiest way to produce the biological active compounds in large scale by simply cultivate in laboratory flask. Hence recent studies in endophytic fungi are exploring their potential for biomedical applications.
