Participation in physical activity is useful to children and adolescents. Regular physical activity contributes to overall health and well-being and reduces the prospect of malady (e.g., coronary disorder, pathology, carcinoma, and inherited disease mellitus) in adults. Regular physical activity in addition helps stop disorder and helps prune register persons with elevated levels. Regular physical activity helps children and adolescents develop healthy physical activity behaviors they go to sustain throughout their lives.
