ABSTRACT:
Dietary habits play an important role in internal processes and biological mechanism of living system. Inevitability of molecular turnover in biological system is a biggest barrier to the short and long term memory. In this review, the obstacle in memory-forming due to the dietary habit is taken into consideration. Mnemogenic chemical reaction is a memory-forming mechanism which may be influenced by nutrient intake and other related eating habits. This review shows the relation between the good dietary habit and memory. The review focuses on more scientific evidence to show how human dietary habits are related to the short and long term memory in coherence with biological processes.
