ABSTRACT:
Besides technical expertise, the success of dental care depends on the behavioural patterns of the dentist and the patient and the way they interact with each other. Communication is a key concept of this interaction. Dentist’s positive attitude and communication skills play a major role on patient’s well being. A good dentist-patient relationship is an integral element of quality care.
