AIM AND OBJECTIVE: To assess the diet and physical activity variations in students during exams among the age group of 17 to 20 years studying in a dental school.
BACKGROUND: Physical activity and diet play a pivotal role in student’s life during examination. A population based survey was conducted among 100 students in a dental school. This survey includes a questionnaire to assess the parameters involved in physical activity and dietary behaviour. The survey questionnaire is administered to the students using survey planet link.
REASON: To assess the dietary changes and role of physical activity during examinations this will create awareness about healthy exercise and dietary lifestyle modifications.
RESULTS: The survey was done and it indicated the preference of diet and physical activity of students during exams varied according to each of them.
