ABSTRACT:
Density, viscosity, refractive index, ultrasonic velocity and surface tension values have been determined at temperature 313.15 K for the whole compositions for the binary liquid mixtures of acetone, hexane, heptane and dodecane with water at atmospheric pressure. These experimental values have been used to estimate the respective excess properties along with some acoustic and thermodynamics properties. From the properties of these excess parameters the nature and quality of the interactions and solubilisation potential and thermodynamic stability these binary systems are discussed and finally we are identified the best organic solvent for microencapsulation technique.
