ABSTRACT:
The paper considers the mathematical description of the process of heat and mass transfer, the process of concentrating liquid media by moisture freeze-out on a rotating cylindrical surface of drum crystallizer. The resulting kinetic dependencies reflect the impact of the individual parameters of the process on the behavior of the temperature front and the thickness of the resulting solid phase of ice.
