ABSTRACT:
Piles is the most common anal pathology and is usually realized by the person on bleeding during defecation. Bleeding piles is often a scary and possibly embarrassing situation for patients. This leads the patients to ignore the problem until it further aggravates. Piles can be treated at home at early stages while severe cases may have to be treated surgically. Natural plant based drugs used in treatment are Horse chestnut, Aloe Vera, witch hazel, Neem oil, etc.
