ABSTRACT:
The research was conducted to investigate the in-vitro antioxidant activity of methanolic extract of leaves of Epipremnum aureum Linn. by using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging activity, hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging activity, reducing power activity. The result was expressed as IC50 value. Significant results were obtained in the estimated parameter. It shows that methanolic extract of the plant has significant antioxidant activity.
