ABSTRACT:
In vitro Dissolution is an important Quality control tool, provided it is based on a meaningful in vitro- in vivo correlation (IVIVC). Such Dissolution test can prove as a surrogate to extensive, expensive and time consuming invivo bioavailability testing on human. In the present study we had made an attempt to establish in vitro data protocol for in vivo performance of the drug. In order to established IVIVC we selected formulation of nimesulide i. e. nimesulide plain 100 mg for accurate use of data from both the fasted and fed state IVIVC.
