ABSTRACT:
Background/Objectives: Micro currents and lasers stimulate the skin, helping to better skin care by using wrinkles and wrinkles of the skin and enlarging and reducing the pores. Methods/Statistical analysis: In order to perform this experiment, a protocol of laser and micro current was constructed and the experiment was conducted according to the protocol. For this experiment, 15 specimens were averaged. A total of 12 trials were conducted and showed significant differences. In addition, it is believed that the reduction of the number of pores and the management using micro-currents have a positive effect. Findings: So far, micro-current and laser treatment have been used for direct treatment of wrinkle prevention, aging, etc. of skin.In this regard, we have been able to achieve better skin care using the functional particle cosmetics, and we have been able to confirm that skin care can be performed better when used together. Improvements/Applications: For skin measurement, PH900, SM810, CM820, CM825, and Biox-Aqua Flux were used.

1. INTRODUCTION:
One of the most important issues in the development and manufacture of cosmetics and functional cosmetics using the cosmetics in recent decades has been the production of cosmetics which can improve the skin absorption rate of cosmetics and absorb them easily. In general, the absorption of cosmetics and the like on the skin uses passive diffusion which utilizes absorption by the concentration difference between the inside and outside of the skin. In addition, there is a galvanic method, which is a method using a potential difference of a cathode, and a method of inducing easy penetration by making the constituent particles of cosmetics smaller than the pore size.(1-4)
For this reason, methods of inducing skin absorption by making the particles of cosmetics smaller than the pores have recently been developed, and nano size cosmetics have been developed in accordance with the emergence of nano materials that are popular in various industrial fields in recent years. However, the average size of pores Material manufacturing to 20-50 μm or less requires a lot of time, equipment and process. The nano size cosmetics manufactured in this way lead to an increase in the manufacturing cost, resulting in an expensive purchase cost to the consumer(user).(5)
In general, functional cosmetics are called cosmeceutical cosmetics, which is a combination of cosmetic and pharmaceutical, and refers to products developed for the purpose of skin improvement beyond merely skin protectionor moisturizing.(6~8)
In recent years, demand for multi-functional cosmetics has risen sharply. In addition to the economic growth, there is a growing interest in 'anti-aging' along with the need for well-being in an aging society.
Functional cosmetics are evolving. Particles of conventional functional cosmetics are larger than pores and absorbing holes of the skin, showing better effects than general cosmetics but lagging in efficiency.(9~12)
To overcome these problems, nano-sized cosmetics have been developed and distributed, and most of them are being released as mist-type dispersion cosmetics. However, this also causes the phenomenon that the particles that are sprayed when cosmetics are used are vaporized into the air, rather than giving a direct effect to the skin, and consumers are continuously consuming.
enrolment percentages in the university.(13~15) Dropout in residential university is caused by academic, family and personal reasons, campus environment and infrastructure of university and varies depending on the educational structure agreed by the university.(16) Thus, this work aims to effectively formulate education program and institutional infrastructure through which the student’s enrollment rate at the university will get increased significantly. The main aim of this paper is to develop a improved decision tree model and to derive a classification rules to predict whether student will graduate or not using the historic dataset. In this paper, improved decision tree model is used to generate the model. Information like age, parent’s qualification, parent’s occupation, academic record, attitude towards university was collected from the students to forecast the group of students needs the periodicalmonitoring.(17, 18)
Functional cosmetics were first used in the Economist magazine in 1995 and then introduced in the Society of Sustainability magazine (1998).In addition, skin care using lasers is a subject that is continuously studied and studied in the fields of electrical and electronic fields, medical science, and medicine. The protocol using micro currents has been continuously studied since 1982.In modern medicine, various studies are advancing to fusion medicine and are developing through various experiments. In Korea, it is classified as functional cosmetics and other medicines, and KFDA approval is needed when developing and using them.
For this experiment, we developed a low - level laser irradiation unit and a microcurrent protocol for skin surgery.A low-level laser with a wavelength of 30 mW in the 660 nm wavelength band, which can help stimulate and regenerate the skin, has been applied to the above circuit.
In order to ensure stability during use, a circuit that can be instantly eliminated when an overcurrent or overvoltage due to malfunction is applied, and an electrostatic protection circuit is applied to minimize damage caused by static electricity. The laser module of the laser diode uses a 660 nm wavelength laser which is produced and sold by the domestic company QSI.
We have interpreted and added a micro current protocol for galvanic effect for a more effective way using low level laser. For current analysis, the RMS value of voltage and current were calculated using the following equation.
Apparent power and active power, reactive power, power factor were calculated using the following equation.
In order to determine the voltage imbalance, IEEE std 241-1990 was calculated using the formula defined as follows.
Harmonic analysis of voltage and current and THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) were calculated using the following formula.
Moisture, moisture, and pH of the skin were measured using PH900, SM810, CM820, CM825, etc. after the experiment using micro current and low-level laser.
4. RESULT:
Data analysis by DC stimulation
The pores are the hair-growing entrances, and the sebaceous glands reach the surface of the skin through these holes. When pores become larger due to changes in hormones, aging, weather, etc., waste and germs penetrate well and can cause various skin diseases. These pores are generally referred to as pores ranging from 0.1 to 0.6mm2.
In order to analyze data on DC stimulation, two experimental groups were used. Experiment group 1 was experimented with current, and single micro-injection experiment was group 2 experiment. Iontophoresis was selected as a control group, and exfoliants and masks were applied to each group in the same manner to maintain proper skin condition.

(3) The statistical value and the significance probability for the mean difference for the control group
The change in the number of pores following the recovery of each group showed a significant difference in the experimental group 1 from the pre-experiment to the 12th treatment. There was no significant difference between the postoperative period after the 12th operation and after the 12th operation. In the experimental group 2, the number of pores decreased from 2 weeks after the operation to 6 weeks after the operation, but there was no significant difference. In the control group, there was a significant difference between before and after the 12th treatment and 2 weeks after the 6th treatment, but there was no significant difference at the other times. Therefore, it is considered that the management using the electric current has a positive effect in managing the number of pores.

When the right control group was set to 100 as the reference line before use, the right ball increased in both moisture and skin oil after the control group was used. Especially, in the case of skin oil, the raw data showed that the lower surface moisture levels were higher than the water temperature levels, so the surface of the surface seemed to have a more vigorous face. Moisture was up to 2.5 times higher than the control group. The skin condition of students who experimented with skin oil was dry and lower than the normal level, and after the experiment, it reached the normal level and the rising value was up to 12 times. In addition, there was no change in PH due to use of equipment and ampoule, and it was found to be the same as the skin pH value of a normal person having a weak acidity of 5.0 to 6.0.

5. CONCLUSION:
Through this experiment, we confirmed that pores are contracted by using microcurrent when pores widen during laser treatment. When using functional cosmetics, if you close the pores using fine current after using the low-level laser, first open the pores, after use, more effective functional cosmetics we hope to be able to use. In addition, when a low-voltage laser is used, it stimulates skin wrinkles and helps wrinkled skin. Functional cosmetics with nanoparticles permeate deep into the dermal layer of the skin, thereby helping the skin reaction and more efficient and effective management Confirmed.
